Data & Privacy
Export all your personal data in JSON format (GDPR Art. 20) or permanently delete your account (GDPR Art. 17).
Data Export (GDPR)
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to receive a copy of all personal data we hold about you in a structured, machine-readable format.
To export your data, go to your Account page and click Export My Data. You will receive a JSON file containing:
- Your profile information (name, email, registration date)
- Conversation history and saved searches
- API key metadata (not the keys themselves)
- Monitoring subscriptions and alert history
- Usage statistics and audit logs
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, use the Delete Account option at the bottom of your Account page. This action is irreversible and removes your data from all systems within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).
